I bought EA from Market but It doesnt work

Hello, I bought an EA from Market here in this web, but the robot doesnt work. Zero trades opened in despite of in the backtest these new trades are done. Is there any way to have my money back? or at least, someone from this place to check te ea too?... the author doesnt give any support
