Market watch symbols when migrating to vps

My question is does the base currency of an account require corresponding symbols to be enabled in market watch? For context. My ea runs on the eurusd pair. It uses the OrderCalcMargin function. I noticed it was unable to trade without both the eurgbp and gbpusd pair also present in the market

Strategy Tester Symbol Settings / Properties - Market Depth

Can someone explain what exactly this is? On one server of ICMarkets the default value is "10" Whereas on another server the default value is "Off" Ive noticed that it drastically effects my backtest results but I have no idea what it is and why its not uniform across servers. The screenshots are
