I am not getting Emails from MQL5.COM Please someone experienced or Moderators help me

Hi, I am not getting any emails regarding when someone purchase my product or rent it, even when I am withdrawing my Earned money then also. If a payment dailed then also not getting any email. I get those emails when I download the demo test version of someone else products. Is it normal or I have

Can Anyone Help in how to delete the Comment I added in the product, I am the Author of it also.

I am not getting an option to delete my comment and also the Product is visible but not available for other users as Author is debarred from selling products is coming. how to resolve it. I have opened a ticket with service desk but they only asked how many mql5 account I own, nothing else
