Indicator showing Prices between brokers

Can someone make me an indicator that shows prices between two different brokers? Say i want to watch the quotes between Velocity and FXDD. I'd imagine that this needs to be an EA so it would update quickly enough, but I"m not sure. $50 to whoever can do this successfully for me. Payment by Paypal

Hi all, I'm beginning to not trust my broker's MT4 feed. I'd like to compare this indicator in MT3's charting vs. the MT4. It's very, very simple - can anyone convert it for me? DDE won't give me Cable quotes

Hi , My DDE won't work with GBPUSD. I've tried with FXDD, MIG, IBFX, on both versions 3 and 4, and none of them will give me the DDE for GBPUSD. All the other pairs work fine, and other traders that use MT receive the DDE GBPUSD quotes just fine. What is the problem on my end??? It just stopped
