Problem regarding MT4 orders opening

Hello, I would like to receive the answer from responsible person from Metaquotes. Because my broker said that this is the BUG in Metaquotes and they dont compensate my big losses. Last and this week I have the problems, when I opened the one order, the system opened not one order, but two orders

MT4 doesnt work. There are 1 server available

Since the 1st of January, in my mobile phone doesnt work Metatrader4. Firstly, it didnt load, then I deleted MT4 and reinstall newly. Now I can see only that there are 1 servers available. What I should do that MT4 will work again and I could choose my broker? Thank you in advance

Metatrader doesnt work on Android

Please help with one question. From 1st of January, in my mobile phone doesnt work MetaTrader4 platform. Firstly, it doesnt loaded, the I have deleted MetaTrader4. then sent newly. Now I see the information that there are only 1 server available. How I can solve this situation? Thank you in advance
