MT5 on Windows 10 iot ltsc

so, i "upgraded" my w10pro to iot lts branch (21H2 build 19044.6456) two weeks ago. since then it failed to connect once for several seconds and then connected normally. it kept showing "please upgrade to 22H2 or later", but had been working fine. however, since today it fails completely. it gives

hello. yesterday while being logged in with mt5 desktop app i lost connection randomly. and can't reconnect since getting "connection to name-server lost". everything else on the system works, so it's not internet failing per ce. i get the same issue on another system on the same internet connection
