navigator not appearing MT 5 VERSION 5 BUILD 5200

Either through the View menu or straight from the Ctrl+N keys, navigator panel does not appear. Closed all charts, nope. Extended terminal to two monitors, nothing. Anyone else having the same problem? Thanks
