MetaTrader sometimes missing in taskbar when it starts

Hello, MetaTrader sometimes missing in taskbar when it starts with multiple instances at same time. I guess its window handle has no activated status ( WS_EX_NOACTIVATE ) when MetaTrader start. OS : Windows XP EA : used DLL function Please let me know. Thanks

Why does it remove some EA after logged on in MT4 ?
