Error while trying to subscribe to signals

Hi all, I'm having this error while trying to renew subscription to signal. The error mentioned : Server Error. 403- Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have the permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. Can anyone advise? Thanks

Accidentally Perform Duplicate Subscription

Hi all, I accidentally subscribed twice to 1 signals which I can see double subscription. Could this be revert? Can it be refunded
