Likely u didnt login to MQL via mt4, try that, goto mt4 tab and login to MQL community. If its still giving error, make sure u r connected to your brokerage. Check connection infor via journal tab

u can post/write a ticket to MQL they may take pity and do a one time off refund, otherwise good luck
