SOCKS Proxy not working with configuration file in portable mode (MT5, works fine in MT4)

Hello, I am trying to launch MetaTrader 5 in portable mode using a configuration (config .ini ) file. The setup works fine in MT4 , but in MT5 the SOCKS proxy setting (ProxyLogin and ProxyPassword) are ignored and does not seem to work. Here is an example of my config .ini file (credentials
