Not able to copy XAUUSD from Provider

HI I signed up with a provider and they send signals to buy XAUUSD and in my journal I get a message "can not update position, symbol XAUUSD not found. I have spoke to my broker several times and they tell me this symbol is active. I have tried two different signal providers and both have the same

MT5 Accounts with VPS

I have one VPS account with FPMarkets and would like to open two MT5 accounts. When I created the second account the History tab doesn't open and show my balance. Am I aloud two MT5 accounts with one VPS? thanks

Symbol Will Not Trade XAUUSD

HI I signed up with signal provider and he is trading XAUUSD. In my journal every time a signal is set I get an error message " skipped as no signal found " I went into 'View top tool bar Symbols on the drop down Metal Gold Raw And under the symbol tab XAUUSD appears. I also added XAUUSD to my watch
