Top up gives error message

Been trying to add funds to my account. I keep getting an error message saying, " An error occurred while transferring money. If you need help, please send a request to Service Desk and specify the details of the transaction." However the Help Desk does not have any headings that addresses this

MT4 Fifo question

WebSocket connection to 'msg2.mql5.com' failed

I've been trying to access my messages for communication regarding a job I have posted. However whenever I click on the messages tab, I get the alert " WebSocket connection to 'msg2.mql5.com' failed"
