Cannot change phone number because I have no access to old number

I used to work in the USA and have since moved back to my home country. I want to change my phone number, but obviously I do not get the code sent to my old number. I tried using the MQL5 Helper, but it just says there are some issues and the team is working on a fix. Is there anything else I can do
