new MT4 download asking for proxy server! HELP!

I am trying to install a new mt4 on my laptop, but instead of the usual fast install, it is coming up with a box asking for proxy server address, account and password. what is this? Ive never had it before

Ive just subscribed to a signal for the first time. i had a couple of trades come on today and shut off automatically which was great, but do the signals still come onto my mt4 if my computer is off? thanks in advance
