In Middelharnis in the Netherlands I'm owner of a giftshop. Since many years i'm interested in trading. I have some experience with options. My first interest was robot trading but later on i got more end more interested in manual FX trading. The last years i studied the markets and learned a lot. I only use charts to make trade decisions. There are many other ways for decision making but this is what i like most. I think you have to trade many many times to get some understanding of the markets but it's fun to do! Hope I can get more and more to the level of a professional.

I use 2 computers for live trading the EURUSD As volumes were high last hour, MT4 on one of the computers was very slow and MT4 on the other had no problem. I restarted the computer but there was no difference. Wat can cause this slowing

I'm using scripts and also a template with several indicators in MT4. If i want to use them in MT5 do they have to be re-written in MQL5

I downloaded the mql4 book and tried to print it but a have to print one section at a time. Is there a way to print it as a whole? I also have a wide column on the left with *Preface *Table of Contents * etc is there a way to avoid this?

I want to have a sound signal when the last closed bar exceeds the average of the last x bars with y percent. With 'bar' I mean the absolute value of close - open (the body of a japanese candlestick ) Can someone make this to work
