Signal Not Opening

Just trying to subscribe to a signal, i click the Start Copying In Metatrader button a pop-up window opens saying open URL:MQL4 Buy Protocol? which i click, Metatrader opens but nothing seems to happen many thanks Andy

Indicator purchase will not install

Hello Just purchased an indicator but after logging in via metatrader and clicking the install button nothing happens, any idea what the problem could be kind regards Andrew
