Trading by experts is Prohibited ... !!!

Hello friends... I just subscribed to your wonderull forum, I get this message under the journal tab ( Trading by experts is prohibited ). I switched on Autotrade as its explained.. but this message appeared after I applied an EA ( pipmaker ) and it seems its not working ... Can anyone explain why
