Signal get disabled on its own

I have an issue with the signal on MT5 may be someone can help, the issue is that the subscribed signal get disable automatically (though I am using VPS!) so I have to get it checked every than and now (so annoying!) and than have to "enable realtime subscription" in MT5. Is there anyway you can
