Unable to pay for renting VPS
I live in Australia and trying to rent VPS from Metaquotes/MQL5. My target is to execute my EA from the VPS for fast trade execution. When I pay using my bank card, my bank sends me notification to approve the payment and I approve it. Then after about 3 seconds I receive the following message: "
