Which gmt time is my backtest ?

Hello ! I'm currently setting off an EA and when i download historical data from metaquote server i figured out that i have to modify the start trading hour from my set files which are set for gmt+2. My question is: When i'm backtesting my EA, on which GMT time the metaquote data are set?? Thank you

HELP I cannot get history data before april 2017 / and not even 99% quality on MT5 HELP

I use to backtest with mt4, tickdata suite and get 99% modelling quality. Now i'm stuck with MT5 at this stage and i cannot backtest anything. because i dont have history data before April 2017 and no more than 50% of quality I tried with MT5 supplied by ICmarket and MT5 from metaquotes server. Is
