Balance not updating in MT5 (MQL5 Cloud Network) despite showing on website

Hello, I recently added a $20 balance to my account. It correctly shows the $20 balance on my website accounting page, but in MetaTrader 5 under "Agents" > " MQL5 Cloud Network ", it doesn't show any balance at all. I have double-checked that I am definitely logged into the correct account in MT5. I
