Coding Required for Bull/Bear Indicators on MT4

Please could someone help with coding this? I require a box to be made, which is divided into two sections. One section showing the current value of the Bears and the other showing the current value of the Bulls. Something like this; BEARS BULLS 0.00002 -.000123 Many thanks
