Fixed a minor bug introduced in the previous update

Update: If the user selects level for SL or TP these levels won't move on the chart while the price changes. Also added a market button next to the entryprice, so that it is more convenient to set Bid/Ask prices.

Small bug fix: traling stop to the sell side fixed

Major update: New design, Close Mode, Partial Take Profits, and Automatic Breakeven added.

New Mode: Close -> Allows traders to close trades and delete pending orders by type or based on floating profit.

Partial Takeprofits: Added the option to set up to three partial take profits per trade.
Each level must be defined in points.

Automatic Break Even: Traders can now activate an automatic breakeven feature that moves the stop loss to the entry level once price reaches a specified distance (in points).

Fixed a bug -> after minimizing and maximizing the dialog the EA is removed.

Fixed scaling, program should now work with any resolution. Changing the timeframe now should not affect the Dialog.
