I have buy the Indicator. But there is no Trend Close and Trend Open Crossovers, because of only 1 line.
And on the input tab, is not really same with your description.
I enclosed the screen shot of the chart with this indicator.

It's working just fine for me. Did you change the settings of the 2nd indicator before placing it on the chart? Just to be safe, I'll re-upload it. Here is a screenshot with the date window to show it works.
