Added the latest NFP strategy

Updated NFP strategy
Enable pending orders expiration time

Now NFP time uses the local time. The users should enter the time based on their local time.
The users from now on they should subtract 5 seconds from NFP time instead of 2 sec

Now the user is able to set the expiration of the pending orders

Now the users have full control of the Expert Advisor, I enabled risk % option/Input. By default the expert advisor is risking only 5% of your account based on your Stop loss and account balance however the user can now change it.
