Adaptation to current terminal builds and general optimization

Added two new settings that allow you to automatically shift the initial prices from the market prices by a specified distance. The value is expressed in points. You can set both a positive and a negative value. This can be useful, for example, when trading on news or in some other situations.

Improved control of grid levels.
The update is only suitable for new grids!

Added the system of controlling Take-Profits and Stop-Losses for active pending orders and market positions.
Separate settings have been added to disable this control, which gives additional tactical possibilities:

-- you can manually drag and drop Take-Profits and Stop-Losses for already placed orders and positions

- you can set a trailing stop for a selected order or position

The modified values will be saved while the order or position remains active.
New orders are placed according to the specified settings.
