Ir works with any pair.
If you want further optimization you must run it yourself.

If you want to modify it is up you you.I also do not recommend the 54M,unless your account is 5K and more.SAFETY first....

I have noticed that although there is an update to version 2.1 for the EA, in MT4 it is not giving me the option to update it from 2.0 to 2.1.

What conditions are needed to update it, ask if it has open operations it will let you update or does it depend on the mql5 site that does it progressively?

In MT4 needs some hours to be updated by MQL.
