Hi, can you please tell me how to correct this, if needed? Why does it say "loading" and never goes to 100%?

Looks like the MT4 couldn't download the history bars, make sure market is open for that symbol, open the chart manually and change timeframes to force the MT5 to download the History bars.
Also in the MT4 options (Charts tab), you can reduce the "max bars in chart" and "max bars in history" options to 5000 or less to speed up the downloading of history when you load multiple symbols and timeframes in the dashboard.
