It just opened a new trade (I am testing for first time)

The TP & SL are SO FAR away from entry I have to go to H4 just to see them!?!? 

Is this normal?

Hello Patrick, yes it's normal.

The expert close trades according to the market. So the TP and SL won't be used, only the market configuration will close the order.
