Added ability to manage multiple trades at once. Little expansion area on the right, once expanded, specific trade can be selected and management can be set up accordingly.
Otherwise, if functionality is not needed - automatically set to "manage all" so will work as it did before.

Updated customchart functionality for mt5 manager. Should allow this manager to now work on customcharts.

This is as small update before a large scale update that should allow this manager to work with custom charts in mt5

1. This is not the Major Scale Functionality Addition that is currently being worked on - should be available in March
2. Fixed "Factor Spread" not properly adding pips to stop loss in Sell position and not adding pips to entry for Buy position.
