Simplified settings

Pending orders and Add_Position_Percent now use the same input to set lotsize percentage allocation.

if set at 300%, this would mean additional trades and pending orders will open at 3X the lotsize of the market executed trade.

Pending order: expires after 1 bar to focus on the new bar if it was not triggered (integrated into the code)

MaximumTradeduration: You have an option to configure how many candle the trade must last for whether in profit or loss. This can also serve as your additional TP or Stop loss. We recommend maximum 1 bar.
