Added a configuration parameter so you can choose to have the crosshair lines drawn in the background.
By default, it is set to false so the crosshairs are drawn in the foreground as they were in the previous versions.
Be aware, if your chart has the candles displayed as always on top, then the crosshairs will always be drawn behind the candles.

Fixed issue with the built-in crosshairs not working after using this indicator. Now, once you press the ESC key the built-in crosshairs works again.

Performance improvements for instances where many charts are loaded.

Added ability to track Time across all charts, not just the current charts symbol. This is controlled by the new setting TrackTimeOnly which defaults to false so existing users are unaffected unless they turn the option on.
