Bug fixed: Rounding micro lots in "% of free margin" mode (AutoCalc)

Bug fixed: Orders did not get executed due to error "Unsupported Filling Mode" as some brokers do not support filling type "Fill or Kill".

Bug fixed: Additional trade filter fixed that prevented some good trades to be executed. No change in core algorithm. More trades now..thus more profit..same drawdown.

Added new feature: Automatically consider differences in spread to account for various brokers as maximum Take Profit should always be 10 Points no matter what spread the broker provides for optimal performance.
