Fix news parsing (due to changes in FF html structure)

-Margin checks before opening orders

-Restrictive mode: when set to true, if there is only one half of the trade opened (which can happen if one fails due to slippage), after clicking again buy/sell the panel will only open the remaining half of the trade.
If there is a complete order (one half with TP and other without) or any trade in the opposite direction in the same symbol, no trades are taken after clicking buy or sell.

Added support for exact matches with news (news between quotation marks)

Example:

->USD news: Retail Sales -> Matches with the news "Core Retail Sales m/m" and "Retail Sales m/m" (As it was before)

->USD news: "Retail Sales m/m" -> Detects only "Retail Sales m/m"

->USD news: "Retail Sales" -> Doesn't detect anything (not exact matches)


Exact news can be combined with non-exact news in the inputs: -> "Retail Sales m/m", FOMC, "Fed Chair Powell Testifies", CPI

Added parameters: expert magic, expert deviation (slippage), and SL/TP ATR multipliers

(Be careful if using lower slippage on fast pairs, orders may not execute)

-Improved custom symbols to avoid cluttering
-Added 2 modes to display custom symbols (and/or hide the default symbol panel)

Optional custom buttons (Not recommended using trade panel with custom symbols without previous testing)

FAST TEMPLATE SWITCH: set up to 10 chart templates and change them with the keyboard (number keys)
