Added inputs to show/hide the all time totals in history section and also added the ability to shift the history section down on Y axis for smaller monitors.

Updated to display text header correctly. Showed "Symbol" where it should have shown "date"

Added starting balance field so the daily, weekly, monthly and all time profit percentages accurately calculate based on your initial starting balance for the account rather than the current balance in your account.

Updated to include commissions and swaps in profit figures.
