Added inputs to show/hide the all time totals in history section and also added the ability to shift the history section down on Y axis for smaller monitors.

Added starting balance field so the daily, weekly, monthly and all time profit percentages accurately calculate based on your initial starting balance for the account rather than the current balance in your account.

Adjustments to make the total profit figures include commissions and swaps rather than gross amounts.
