mate this is awesome - found this via google - but gutted it's MT4 and not MT5.

I'm also via google but unfortunately is MT4. It's unbelievable, but there's is no indicator like this for MT5!

I'll take a look and see how easy it is to migrate this to MQL5. If it is straight forward I will release this along side the MT4 version. In theory I don't envisage too many difficulties, but let me take a look.

Edit: I thought you can move the chart horizontally in different timeframes. It is a nice feature that your indicator would be missing. 

I dont want to sync the time frame , just want to scroll a group of chart (among multiple grounds) together in sync. Is that possible?
