The indicator is built by analogy with the classic MACD. The difference from the classic indicator is the use of two levels of smoothing. In
addition, separate indicator buffers are calculated for high and Low prices, which are displayed in red and blue respectively, so that
the indicator takes into account all short-term price fluctuations of considerable amplitude in any direction. The use of
anti-aliasing allows you to determine the angles of inclination of each smoothed line at any time. The slope angle of each line is stored
in a separate indicator buffer and can be called via iCustom () from an expert Advisor or another indicator. Angles are measured in
degrees and can range from -90 to 90. All angles are calculated from the ratio of the number of points per unit time and therefore do not
depend on the selected scale of the price chart.
Due to the use of smoothing, the indicator is redrawn. The redrawing is stronger, the smaller the period of the middle line from which the
deviation is counted and the higher the sensitivity is set (the lower the sensitivity parameter). I recommend using a midline period of
24 days to work on H1-H4 timeframes.
When using the indicator in manual trading, the sensitivity parameters should be reduced (increase the sensitivity parameter value)
relative to the default values. When using the advisor, the correct choice of the sensitivity parameter will significantly depend on
the conditions for opening orders.
The correspondence of each indicator line to the indicator buffer number is shown in the screenshot.
Full list of indicator buffers:
0-deviation of the maximum bar price from the middle line (thin red line);
1-smoothed deviation of the maximum price of the bar from the middle line. Smoothing parameters-1 (thick red line);
2-the angle of the buffer line 1;
3-smoothed deviation of the maximum bar price from the middle line. Smoothing parameters-2 (middle red line);
4-the angle of the buffer line 3;
5-deviation of the minimum price of the bar from the middle line (thin blue line);
6-smoothed deviation of the minimum price of the bar from the middle line. Smoothing parameters-1 (thick blue line);
7-the angle of the buffer line 6;
8-smoothed deviation of the minimum price of the bar from the middle line. Smoothing parameters-2 (middle blue line);
9-the angle of the buffer line 8;
10-deviation of the current Bid price from the middle line (red dotted line). The buffer is calculated only if the indicator Shift parameter is 0.
11 - the angle of inclination of the middle line from which the deviations are counted.
12 - the value of the price of the middle line from which the deviations are counted.
