New input settings:
- New trading mode introduced: Modern (higher risks);
- MagicsNumbers - your own magics for NV trading orders
- Interval between trades in minutes (0-disabled) - minimum internal between opening orders;
- MaxAmountCurrency (0-disabled) - max number of currencies in the same direction;
- MaxAmountCurrencyPair (0-disabled) - max number of currencies pairs in the same direction;
- Some bugs fixed.

New parameters added:
- Trading days of week: 1,2,3,4,5 (where 1- Monday,..5 - Friday)
- Trading hours: 0,1..22,23

Parameters removed:
- MaxAmountCurrencyPair (not needed)

- Max Total Orders - bug fixed;
- USDJPY wrong lot size corrected (in some cases USDJPY had minimum lot size of 0.01 lot).

OneChart mode added: no need to put the EA on every chart, just select pairs in the list.

- New parameter added: Max Orders with the same currency (0 - disabled) - max number of open orders with the same currency in the same direction;
- New trading pair set added: AUDNZD
