Add notification of trend status by popup alert, email and push.

Add alerts(popup window,email,mobile push)
1. When the trend changed for the long trend to the short trend or vice versa.
2. When price crossed up the outter band,alert for closing buy orders.
3. When price crossed down the outer band, alert for closing sell orders
