Improved trailing stop function to be adaptive to current spread.
Added a function to close every day and avoid the night high spread (from 20+gmt).

Added new parameters and new setup to avoid dead period, backtested and optimized from january 2011 to march 2019

1) Easy to backtest
2) Improved settings , DD -50% PF -20%
3) Changed order type, from instant order to pending order (better perfomance with news)
4) Added lot multiplier
