Fixed a small bug that caused freezing in the new terminal

Added font size correction on large monitors ("Font scale in system settings, %" parameter)
Version updated for the new terminal build

For the convenience of traders, the unclosed bar of the higher timeframe is highlighted in a different color.
Configured by the "Show the current bar of the Higher TF in a different color" parameter.

Fixed a bug that did not change the color of the HMA on the multi-timeframe graphics panel.
