- Added a news filter and a time filter.

- To use the news filter, you need to copy the indicator (ffcal-hp) to the terminal indicators folder. Allow DLL import in terminal settings. And restart the Expert Advisor.
- Notification of successful loading of the indicator is displayed in the log. When events occur, a notification will be displayed on the graph.
