Added keys for closing:

"Esc" - CLOSE / DELETE ALL
"A" - DELETE BUY STOP
"S" - DELETE SELL STOP
"D" - DELETE BUY AND SELL STOP
"F" - DELETE BUY LIMIT
"G" - DELETE SELL LIMIT
"H" - DELETE BUY AND SELL LIMIT
"J" - DELETE ALL PENDING ORDERS
"K" - CLOSE BUY
"L" - CLOSE SELL
"Z" - CLOSE BUY AND SELL
"X" - CLOSE PROFIT
"C" - CLOSE LOSS

Added to closing settings:
CLOSE BUY: close all buy orders.
CLOSE SELL: close all sell orders.
CLOSE PROFIT: close all orders which are in profit.
CLOSE LOSS: close all orders which are in loss.
MAGIC FOR CLOSE: close all stop orders and limit orders.

Added the keys for opening Buy and Sell orders.

Fixed code errors.

Added the keys for re-assigning in the utility settings: Tab, Enter, Shift, Ctrl, Alt, Pause, CapsLock, Esc, Space, PageUp, PageDown, End, Home, Left, Up, Right, Down, Insert and Delete.
Added the keys for opening Buy and Sell orders.
