Technical update for several brokers.
This update is NOT obligatory.

ZeroPositions parameter was added.

Code was optimized.
Default parameters were changed.

1. Parameter MaxNumberOfOrders was added.
2. Parameter ClosePositionsIfMaxOrdersExceeded was added.
3. Parameter Version39Mode was replaced with parameter SafeMode.
4. Formula of Autolot was changed.

MaxSpread parameter was added.

Autorecovery function was added, which restores the account from drawdowns.
ATTENTION: use this function only if you understand what you are doing and have carried out the appropriate tests in Strategy Tester.

Parameter SaveDeposit was added. Can be set to "true" or "false".
If "true", the EA will close order series according to value of TakeProfit parameter, divided on number of orders in series. As it was in previous versions.
If "false", the EA will close order series according to value of TakeProfit parameter, WITHOUT dividing on number of orders in series.

2. New parameter with long name "LimitAveragingLotOnSecondLevel" was added. This parameter allows to limit lot-size increment in orders series on "2-nd" level. It means that trading lot of first order will be multiplied on LotMult parameter only once, and will not be increased after that. Parameter is much alike to MaxLotSize parameter, but has a little different purpose. As a compromise between versions 4.3 and 4.5, parameter MaxLotSize was saved, and it's possible to continue using SZ Scalper as version 4.3, if set parameter LimitAveragingLotOnSecondLevel=false.

3. Recommended timeframe for version 4.5 was changed to H1.

4. Thanks to recommended timeframe changing, level of minimal recommended account balance was decreased. Now it's $500 for 0.01 lot.
