FiboZone Volume XAUUSD

FiboZone Volume XAUUSD is an Expert Advisor for gold (XAUUSD) on MetaTrader 5. It follows market structure on several timeframes, waits for a pullback into the optimal trade entry (OTE) zone of the last impulse, and enters after a change of character on M1. Every order has a stop loss from the moment it is opened.

How it works

1. Direction: market structure (break of structure) on H4 and D1 decides the allowed direction.
2. Setup: 8 independent streams track impulse legs on M5, M15, M30 and H1 with different settings. A stream is armed when price retraces into 0.705 to 0.95 of the impulse.
3. Entry: the first order opens when M1 breaks its last swing in the trend direction (change of character). The stop loss is placed beyond the pullback extreme plus an ATR buffer.
4. Basket: up to 3 limit orders are placed between the entry and the stop loss (spacing 0.2 R, lot ratio 1:2:4:8). All orders of a basket share one stop loss.
5. Exit: the first target is the 0.618 Fibonacci extension of the impulse. There 70% of the basket is closed and the rest continues with the stop at break-even toward a further target.

Risk control

• Basket risk is a percentage of the balance. It is the loss if all layers fill and the stop loss is hit.
• Loss-sequence multiplier (optional): after a losing basket the next basket of the same stream uses 1.5 times the risk, for at most 2 steps. The Conservative preset turns it off.
• Equity stop (optional): closes all positions and stops trading at a set drawdown from the balance peak.
• Spread filter, a daily limit of baskets per stream and trading hours.
• No orders are sent outside the symbol's trading session.
• When the balance is too small for the minimum lot within the risk setting, the EA skips the entry and shows a message with the balance it needs.

Please note

This EA uses averaging limit orders inside the stop loss and an optional loss-sequence multiplier. Up to 8 baskets (one per stream) can be open at the same time. Results depend strongly on the risk setting; see the presets below. Use only money you can afford to lose and test on a demo account first.

Recommendations

• Symbol: XAUUSD (GOLD). The settings are made for gold only.
• Chart: any timeframe (M15 suggested). Attach the EA to one chart only.
• Account: hedging account with low gold spreads. The default spread filter is 0.80.
• Minimum balance: 3,000 USD for the Standard preset. 10,000 USD or more is recommended so that all 4 layers can be used; below that the EA uses fewer layers or skips entries when the minimum lot is larger than the risk allows.
• Run on a VPS so the EA works 24 hours on trading days.

Presets

The .set files for the three presets are available in the comments section.

• Conservative: basket risk 0.3%, loss-sequence multiplier off. Largest relative equity drawdown in the backtest: 9.9%.
• Standard (default): basket risk 0.5%, multiplier 1.5 for up to 2 steps. Largest relative equity drawdown in the backtest: 29.5%.
• Aggressive: basket risk 0.7%, multiplier 1.5 for up to 2 steps. Largest relative equity drawdown in the backtest: 39.3%.

Backtest conditions: XAUUSD, real ticks, January 2025 to October 2026, 10,000 USD start, leverage 1:500.

The backtest screenshots come from the MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester with real ticks. They are historical simulations, not live trading results, and past results do not indicate future results.

• Streams A to H: each can be enabled and given its own structure timeframe, impulse size, higher-timeframe filter and risk multiplier
