my product is activated and instaled with smiley face and all - but does not take trades and count down timers to news event NOT WORKING.

IT APPEARS THAT MY PRODUCT IS LOCKED.??

Market = BUY and SELL ea works

Pendents = BUY_STOP and SELL_STOP no orders inserted

hola en este mismo momento acabo de alquilar el robot y en la terminal para poderlo instalar le doy al botón instalar y no se me instala solo hace un sonido como que quiere instalarse pero no se instala y dice ( producto alquilado pero no cargado todavía ) quiero saber que puedo hacer, espero su respuesta Chantal Sala

hola los problemas de instalación no son del vendedor sino de la plataforma y mql5.

Puedo pasarte un enlace donde explica cómo hacerlo.
