Version 1.02 — New Entry Modes

NEW: Choose how the EA enters the breakout:

- PENDING STOP (default) — original behavior with Buy/Sell Stop
pending orders at range edges. Same backtest results as v1.01.

- MARKET TOUCH — places market order when price touches the range
edge. Useful when brokers have issues with pending orders.

- MARKET CLOSE — waits for the candle to close beyond the range
before entering. Filters out fake breakouts at session open.

Additional inputs:
- Max spread protection (only enters if spread is acceptable)
- Confirmation candles for MARKET CLOSE mode (1-3)

US100 default behavior unchanged. Existing users can continue
with PENDING STOP for identical results.

Version 1.01 — Robustness and compatibility improvements

- Automatic market hours detection to avoid errors on symbols
with partial closing hours (e.g. XAUUSD at 23:00)
- Free margin verification before placing trades on small accounts
- Automatic respect of broker's per-symbol volume limit
- Automatic adaptation to non-US100 symbols
(auto-detection of US100/NAS100/USTEC/NDX)
- Behavior on US100 remains 100% identical to the previous version
— only adds safeguards for other symbols

Recommended: update for all users.
