The results shown on the panels after scanning feature a new design.
The best results are shown in bold with colored backgrounds—green for bullish signals and red for bearish signals.
Scan results now incorporate an additional new filter.
It also applies a scanning condition that removes from ideal results those that have reached liquidity levels from higher timeframes.
The scanner treats these as resistance and does not consider them the best results.
This enables trading instruments in a range between two or more different liquidity levels.
These are new trading and profit opportunities.

There's a new BT (Backtest) button. It recalculates all trends on the current timeframe and shows the results for each one of them.
How are the results calculated?
According to the indicator's rule, we have a bullish trend, and if the indicator crosses above the liquidity line, it signals that the market may trade into the bullish liquidity – that's our signal to be ready to enter a long position. Then the market crosses below the liquidity line, where we open bullish positions and wait to reach exhaustion, where we take the profit.
For the bearish trend, it's the opposite.
This is introduced as a rule for a successful trend.
I make the following clarifications:
Since during the backtesting in time, there's no way to test and determine what the liquidity levels were on the other timeframes that acted as resistance to our trend, I consider the trend successful if it either reaches the exhaustion level or crosses above the liquidity line once more.
This way, I eliminate the problem of not being able to calculate the liquidity levels on the other timeframes. Since the market moves from liquidity to liquidity, with great confidence we can assume that if it crosses above the liquidity line once more but fails to reach exhaustion, it was some higher-order liquidity.

The sorting button now retains its state after clicking on any of the sorted results. To return to the initial scan state, click it again.
The On/Off button now hides and shows the scan results as well, so if they obscure data from other indicators, you can hide them without deleting them from memory.

Version 1.21
2026.03.23
- Sort Button Added: After a scan, you can now sort the results by “distance from exhaustion.” The instrument furthest from its exhaustion point (i.e., with the most remaining trend potential) appears at the top. This helps you quickly identify the best trading opportunities.
- Bullish/Bearish Market Filter: You can now filter the scan to show only bullish (uptrend) or bearish (downtrend) signals, or both. This is especially useful for indices and stocks, where you may want to focus only on long (bullish) setups. The filter is available in the category picker, just like the timeframe filter.

Version 1.20

Added TF filter for Market Scanner (M button):
UI: TF toggle buttons in the category picker panel — a row of 9 individually clickable buttons (M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1, W1, MN) plus an "All" button. Enabled TFs show as blue, disabled as dark gray. The "All" button shows green when all are selected

BUTTON "R" (Scalping Ribbon)
FUNCTION:
Renders the Scalping Ribbon — two adaptive trend lines that form a filled cloud on the chart.
GREEN CLOUD = Bullish ribbon — uptrend in progress
RED CLOUD = Bearish ribbon — downtrend in progress
When the ribbon changes colour, a directional arrow appears:
GREEN ARROW (▲) below the candle = BUY signal
RED ARROW (▼) above the candle = SELL signal
APPLICATION:
Designed for scalping and short-term momentum trading.
The ribbon provides visual confirmation of the prevailing short-term trend, while the arrows mark precise entry points at each trend reversal.
Use in conjunction with MERAVITH levels for confluence: ribbon arrow + volume dot + non-exhausted trend = HIGH CONVICTION scalping entry.
When the ribbon conflicts with MERAVITH's primary trend direction — exercise caution and reduce position size.
RECOMMENDED STATE:
OFF by default. Enable for scalping and short-term trading on lower timeframes (M1–M30) or trend following on higher.

What’s New in MERAVITH SCANNER v1.12
Forex Majors & Minors Split:
The scanner now separates Forex pairs into two groups:
Forex Majors: The 28 most popular currency pairs (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CHF, AUD, NZD, CAD combinations).
Forex Minors: All other, less common pairs.
This makes it easier to focus on the pairs you actually trade.
DL Buttons for Fast Scanning:
Next to each category, you’ll see a small DL button. Click it to download all the historical data for that category before scanning. This makes the scan faster and more reliable, especially the first time you use it.
Save Button for Results:
After scanning, you can now click the Save button to export your results to a file. The file is saved in MQL5\Files\MERAVITH_ScanResults.txt and you’ll see a green “Saved!” message for confirmation.
Reliable Navigation:
When you click a scan result, the indicator always recalculates and shows the correct analysis, trend direction, and volume dots—even after restarting the terminal or switching quickly between results.
Correct Trend Display:
After navigating from scan results, the indicator always shows the correct trend direction and levels right away.
These improvements make the scanner easier to use, faster, and more reliable for everyday trading.
